We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. Your puppy will be returned to a "for sale" status if the deposit is not received within 7 days of declaration to buy. Puppies will be sold to fit homes only and I reserve the right to refuse the sale of my puppies to anyone at my own discretion.
If the puppy is to be shipped, payment of total balance due including shipping must be received 14 days prior to the shipping date. Acceptable forms of payment are as follows: Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders (made payable to Amber Bouse), Cash, and PayPal (credit card).
If you are picking the puppy up at our location, Cash is the only acceptable form of payment for the final balance. If you wish to pay by personal check, the final balance is due 14 days prior to pick-up. We DO NOT accept PayPal for the final balance.
After corresponding or interviewing with Elk Prairie Doodles, the options for completing your contract and sending the deposit are as follows:
1. Print and fill out the contract and mail with $250 made payable to Amber Bouse at above address.

2. Contact amber@elkprairiedoodles.com for other options.
